| Description | Utimaco IS GmbH provides the Utimaco TSA trust service for the creation of qualified electronic time stamps in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014.
Qualified electronic time stamps can be used as legally valid proof that the data to which the time stamp was applied existed at a specific point in time and has not been modified since. To issue qualified electronic time stamps, Utimaco IS GmbH operates Time-Stamping Authorities (TSA). RSA keys with a length of 4096 bits or ECDSA keys with a length of 521 bits are used to create the time stamps. The public keys that can be used to validate the validity of a generated time stamp are certified by Certification Authorities (CA) operated by Utimaco. Status and revocation information for the certificates can be obtained via OCSP responders of Utimaco IS GmbH. SRC certifies that the Utimaco TSA trust service for the creation of qualified electronic time stamps is operated by Utimaco IS GmbH in conformity with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014. |
