About SRC Zert
The certification body of SRC Zert GmbH & Co. KG has been accredited as a conformity assessment body by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in accordance with the requirements of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013 standard for the certification of products, processes and services.
It works according to the principle of impartiality and carries out all certification activities neutrally and free of conflicts of interest.
Conformity assessment body
The certification body is competent to perform certifications (according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013, in particular ETSI EN 319 403-1) as a conformity assessment body within the meaning of Article 3(18) of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 in the field of qualified trust service providers and the qualified trust services they provide under the eIDAS Regulation (accreditation number D-ZE-23109-01). The certification body is accordingly listed in the DAkkS database as well as in the eIDAS Dashboard of the European Commission.
SRC Zert performs conformity assessments in accordance with its documented certification programme.
Private certification authority in accordance with Article 30 of the eIDAS Regulation
The certification body of SRC Zert GmbH & Co. KG has been designated by the German Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways (Bundesnetzagentur) as a private certification body for the certification of qualified electronic signature creation devices (Article 30) as well as qualified electronic seal creation devices (Article 30(2)).

SRC Zert is also listed as a private certification body in the eIDAS Dashboard of the European Commission.
Private certification body according to EUCC
The private certification body of SRC Zert GmbH & Co. KG has been accredited by the German Accreditation Body as a private certification body in accordance with the requirements of the European Certification Scheme EUCC. The authorization was granted by the BSI. The private certification authority is listed on the websites of the National Cybersecurity Certification Authority (NCCA), the BSI, and on the websites of the EU Commission (NANDO).
