The evaluation was conducted at assurance level EAL 4+ and against a high attack potential (augmentation AVA_VAN.5).<\/td><\/tr><tr class=''><td class=''>The evaluation includes<\/td><td class=''><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Common Criteria evaluation of the product &#8220;TCOS Identity Card Version 1.0 Release 1\/SLE78CLX1440P&#8221; according to the following Protection Profiles at assurance level EAL 4+ (EAL 4 with augmentations AVA_VAN.5, ATE_DPT.2, and ALC_DVS.2)\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Protection Profile for secure signature creation device \u2014 Part 2: Device with key generation&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Protection Profile &#8211; Electronic Identity Card (ID_Card PP)&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>the confirmation of the product in accordance with \u00a7 15 para. 7 sentence 1, \u00a7 17 para. 1 Signature Act (SigG) as well as \u00a7 15 para. 1 and 4, \u00a7 11 para.    3 Signature Ordinance (SigV) by the confirmation body of SRC accredited by the Federal Network Agency, and <\/li>\n<li>two amendments to extend the confirmation:\n<ul>\n<li>Amendment 1: Supplement to the functional description of the card and to the requirements for the signature key or cardholder<\/li>\n<li>Amendment 2: Extension of the validity period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the transitional measures pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 910\/2014, Article 51, paragraph 1, the product is considered a qualified signature creation device (QSCD) in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.<\/p>\n<p><\/td><\/tr><tr class=''><td class=''>Description<\/td><td class=''>The product &#8220;TCOS Identity Card Version 1.0 Release 1\/SLE78CLX1440P&#8221; is a secure signature creation device (SSCD) in accordance with SigG and SigV.
