F\u00fcr Produkte zur Erzeugung der technischen Pendants von Unterschrift und Siegel, den qualifizierten elektronischen Signaturen und qualifizierten elektronischen Siegeln, hat deshalb der Gesetzgeber in der eIDAS-Verordnung ein Zulassungsverfahren mit entsprechend hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen festgelegt.<\/p>\n<h3>Zertifizierung nach Art. 30, Abs. 3 der eIDAS Verordnung<\/h3>\n<p>Die \u201eeIDAS-Zertifizierungsstelle\u201c der SRC ist in der Lage f\u00fcr ein Produkt in Kombination mit oder basierend auf einer existierenden Evaluierung gem\u00e4\u00df Common Criteria die Zertifizierung als qualifizierte elektronische Signaturerstellungseinheit bzw. Siegelerstellungseinheit (QSCD) nach Art. 30, Abs. 3 der eIDAS Verordnung durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h3>Anwendung von Sicherheitsvorgaben<\/h3>\n<p>Hierbei sind f\u00fcr Produkte Sicherheitsvorgaben (Protection Profiles) anzuwenden, die in dem \u201eDurchf\u00fchrungsbeschluss (EU) 2016\/650 der Kommission vom 25. April 2016 zur Festlegung von Normen f\u00fcr die Sicherheitsbewertung qualifizierter Signatur- und Siegelerstellungseinheiten gem\u00e4\u00df Art. 30, Abs. 3 und Art. 39, Abs. 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 910\/2014 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates \u00fcber elektronische Identifizierung und Vertrauensdienste f\u00fcr elektronische Transaktionen im Binnenmarkt\u201c aufgef\u00fchrt werden (Art. 30, Abs. 3 (a)).<\/p>\n<h3>SRC Zert hat ein Pr\u00fcfverfahren bei der EU Kommision notifiziert<\/h3>\n<p>Alternativ dazu, erm\u00f6glicht die eIDAS-Verordnung die Anwendung anderer Pr\u00fcfverfahren, sofern dabei gleichwertige Sicherheitsniveaus angewandt werden und das Pr\u00fcfverfahren der EU Kommission mitgeteilt wurde (Art. 30, Abs. 3 (b)).
